Well its been a few months now since purchasing this and I'm impressed, I still go down the driving range, but since using this my whole swing feels different and more consistent. I know exactly where I should position myself. It actually feels like after 2 years I am only starting to play golf with a good understanding instead of feeling frustrated everytime I hit a duff shot.

The game basically gives you the perfect line which you have to match. After a few swings I could see that on my upswing I was swinging it too away from my body, and what I needed to be doing is going over over the top of my shoulders. Once I had that sorted I could work on getting my club path and impact angle correct. I understand the wii pad has a wider grip, but for me its all about the rhythm and the flow of my body and arms. I dont have a balance board so i cant comment on that feature.

I just bought this for my Grandson to help with his golf lessons. It has been really useful because he has been able to precrice inside, in the warm, while the golf course is snowed under. This weekend we managed to get a few hits on the driving range and we were amazed to see how he is already hitting straighter, he is developing a good reliable swing and the programme is giving him this as he hasn't been able to take his lessons. So highly recommended. I just wish I had had this when I was learning to play. It has shown up a wobble I have in my down swing, but I haven't had tome to do the r4commended corrective drill for this yet.

I was gullible enough to believe this would actually help me with my swing. I cannot find the words to describe my disappointment. Holding and swinging the Wii remote like a golf club (and like instructed), feels about as realistic as using a cucumber to learn to throw darts. Add the narrow stance of the balance board, and I challenge a contortionist to get into the positions of the 7 stages of the swing. Its impossible to attempt these drills and look at the TV to see where you are going wrong without twisting something. The feedback you get from using the driving range is questionable, and there is no instruction then to tell you what you did wrong. You gotta figure that out for yourself. I've been doing that my whole golfing career! My advice is to buy a golf instruction video/book for �10, and go to the range and hit some balls.
